In our engineering career we often have the feeling changes are going to fast. We haven’t learned one technology there is a new one coming. In this situation, we have difficulty to adapt. Some engineer gets caught at some time and do not want to follow this rhythm.
When you learn to adapt, or you are able to run with these changes, you have different perceptions of the world. You get ideas and inspiration in every situation of the life.

I recently read one article from Joe Haun, I found very interresting the information and numbers I gave for the Engineering market in the States. My behaviour is many other countries are affected by the same situation and we should think deeply about, because this our future which is in risck.
Sometimes people behave differently and surprise us with a strange attitude. Sometimes we do not communicate with them because they intimidated us and they make us fill upset.
